After given summary and perspectives on the processes, move on to describe what you would like to see your company do in terms of developing your own in-house process for software development. That is, give an overview of the ideas for software development that you would especially like to promote at your company. Might want to include sections on topics such as: Team meetings and communication, Requirements gathering, Project planning, Design and implementation, Various quality assurance measures (including code reviews, use of tools, testing), Customer involvement and feedback, Ideas for software process improvement

If there are some other points that you would like to stress, feel free to bring them into paper. About 75% of paper should relate to ideas (as described in the previous paragraph) and the other 25% will present reaction to the processes (PSP, XP, and Scrum).
