Discuss the tradeoff between profit vs. job creation

a. Decision that a community needs to make since challenging to do both at the same time

b. Profit creation initiatives, if successful will create jobs however the jobs may not be specific for the First Nationcommunity or in the same geographical area

c. Job Creation will need to have some sort of profit for it to be self-sustaining otherwise it will be short term

d. Profits can be reinvested in jobs instead of wealthcreation strategy where profits are retained to create more profits or provided to First Nation for funding specific opportunities (like housing)
