Respond to the video here by touching on the following points:

1. Of the 7 steps, which do you find to be the most important and why?
2. If you are working, please share examples about how your company has implemented at least one of these steps. If you are not working, please research a well-known company and cite examples of how they have responded to the crisis. Be sure to reference and make connections to at least 1 of the 7 steps mentioned in the video. ( in my case I am not working )
