After reading about power and influence in Chapter 4, including a summary of the Milgram Studies (Highlight 4.2), think about your personal and professional experiences with these dynamics. Consider what you read in Chapter 5, which also focuses on values, ethics, and character. From your own experiences, share an example of someone influencing others. Next, assess the ethical impact it had on others. Make sure to describe who the influencer was, who was influenced, and the values or ethics demonstrated, citing the text and external resources.
