Discussion 4.1: Executive Code of Ethics Video Topic Every year, world economic and political leaders meet in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum to discuss timely issues and the future of the world economy. In 2009, after the current ongoing economic crisis already had begun, the organizers of the Davos conference invited the public to participate in several questions that were to be debated. Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, created his own YouTube video inviting contributions specifically on the question of creating a code of ethics for corporate executives. Obviously, it is too late to attend the 2009 World Economic Forum; however, the idea of a code of ethics for executives is still timely.
