According to the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the duration for global warming to a maximum of 1.5C is only 12 years, beyond that even half a degree will increase the risk of natural disasters, which are displaying almost weekly on TV. Subsidies stimulate higher US production and decrease the gas price.
