A great Logistics system when operating properly is nearly 'invisible' and is only visible when there is a problem.
Your company and their products are shipped and delivered to customers through a variety of possible mechanisms. Your company could manage the transportation, or use a third party. In many cases it is the customer that drives the shipping schedule for their vendors. Your task is to find out how your organization is currently getting their products to their customers.
