When we discuss innovation in the automobile sector, the two important changes that were being talked up were electric cars and driverless technology. While the former technology has showed a lot of promise $($every car manufacturer has at least one electric vehicle, and many like GM have promised that their entire fleet will be electric in $20$ years$),$ driverless cars are "going nowhere."
