Introduction - Explain the purpose of your paper/presentation

Overview of organization - Explain the organization's background and history. (This may include the establishment of the organization, the mission statement and goals, and any additional relevant information.)

Assumptions / Rationale - Explain what information was not given that could help you to analyze the cause. Also, what additional information do you feel is needed to understand the case? (This is where students will develop critical thinking based on their own work experience, which will require them to identify information that is missing.)

Findings - Explain what information was given from the case study.

The solution to the Problems - Students will design a process for fixing the problem of the case. There should be a step-by-step process on what should be done to fix the case problem. (This solution will vary from student to student.)

Communication Strategies - Explain and design an illustration of the current organizational chart on how information will be communicated throughout the organization. Also, explain how you will communicate your solution to the problem to organizational stakeholders.

Follow-up - Design a timeline to explain how implementing and controlling your solution will take place over the following timeframe:

• 6 months - What will happen during this time frame?
• 12 months - What changes can management predict one year after you implement your solution?
• 36 months - What outcomes are relevant with the solutions implemented, and what do you focus on next?

Conclusion - Summarize your main points and end your paper or presentation.
