Discussion Thread: Title, Abstract, Keywords, and Introduction
This week you will post writing and receive feedback on it. Be sure to post your title, abstract, keywords, and introduction in the body of the text field of the discussion.
An introduction should get the attention of the reader. Think about your audience (your professor, a peer, a journal editor, or conference planner) to whom you are submitting your research. What is your plan to get their attention? Begin with a brief story, a specific narrative about a real life situation. Give the reader a preview of the paper and one specific thesis statement. Show your reader the trajectory of the paper.
As you review the work of your peers, pose helpful questions and positive feedback to make their writing stronger. Remember to incorporate your biblical worldview as it relates to the topic.
