Distributions to the beneficiaries consist of all of the following, except:

A gift or specific bequest under the terms of an inter vivos trust as of the date of the inception of the trust

Income required to be distributed currently to beneficiaries under the terms of the trust

Amounts properly credited to the beneficiary under the terms of the trust

A distribution from the residuary estate
