DNS Server Not Resolving External Domains

Issue Description: This problem occurs when users within the

network attempt to access external websites or services by their

domain names $)$e$.$g$.,$

www$.$google.com$($ and the DNS server fails to

resolve these domain names to their corresponding IP addresses. This

could be due to incorrect DNS configuration, issues with DNS

forwarding, or problems with the root hints.
