Do a one-to-many relationship, relating one programmer to many programmer skills. Skills include programming ability in various languages, such as SQL, Java or Python; analytical ability; writing skills; etc. Each skill has a Note attribute that describes the programmers skill in detail, and the Skill object is thus unique to that programmer.
