Do a Stakeholder Analysis for moving to NuFlex! I don't expect you to know the entire organizational structure of Northeastern University. But you should be able to anticipate the kinds of things that should appear on a university org chart that are relevant to this monumental change!

In this assignment, the depth of thought rubric will relate to how complete you are in defining the categories of stakeholders you THINK should have been involved, and in demonstrating a rationale for how you evaluate their EXPECTED power/influence. Remember, it is your thought processes I'm interested in, not a "right" answer!

Tools and techniques will relate to how you set up and organize your Stakeholder Register. It should include everything needed for a useful analysis, and be visually ready to be presented to an "executive" audience.

To keep your Register to a reasonable size, you may choose to just do EITHER the software part of NuFlex, or the hardware/infrastructure part.
