Yaga is a type of e$-$business exchange, in the form of a mobile app, where

pre$-$loved clothing is sold and bought entirely through the app. A seller must

first register themselves on the mobile app and create an online store, giving

it a name. From there, the seller can list clothing items for sale, including

pictures, general condition, size, asking price, and shipping options for each

item. The entire app maintains a catalog of all clothing items posted, through

their title name, and users can search for particular items of clothing based on

clothing type, color, or size. A buyer can browse based on searched keywords or

through the different online stores created, which pop up on the home tab. The

buyer must first create an account before being able to purchase any clothing.

This account includes their username and payment details for purchases. If

an item of clothing has been purchased, the buyer must select any one of the

shipping options available, provide all the required shipping details, and make

the necessary payment. The app then notifies the seller of said purchase, along

with all shipping details and the payment amount. The app also updates this

item as sold and all details are stored in the seller$$s orders tab, which can be

viewed by both the seller and buyer. The amount paid is only released into the

Seller$$s wallet once the buyer receives the item of clothing purchased, and is

satisfied. After the seller has made the shipment, they must update the item

order to shipped, along with a parcel code. The buyer receives a notification

on the whereabouts of their parcel. Once the buyer has received the item, they

must update the item order to $$received$.$ The seller receives a notification and

the payment amount is released into their wallet after $5-6$ days, once the buyer

has stated they are satisfied with the item received. The seller can either transfer

the money in the Yaga wallet to their bank account or use it to purchase items

on Yaga. In the case that the delivery is unsuccessful or the buyer is unsatisfied,

the order can be canceled, and the money is returned to the buyer.
