Do some research with your team members and look for a company who has just implemented a project within the past 3 years in North America. It has to be in technology, healthcare, automotive or in energy. Based on your research, and using the Project Management Book of Knowledge as a guide, develop a Quality Management Plan using any inputs you wish. Before you proceed with the project, you must give a project proposal to you professor, one half of a page indicating why the company would be a good company to use to develop a Quality Management Plan. Please submit your proposal through the Discussion Board and once it is marked 100% you can proceed to the main part of the assignment. If it is not 100% that mean your project proposal has not been approved yet. You will also need to answer the following questions: How did the company you select manage quality? Please be specific. Were there quality issues even in the organization you selected? Please explain. Describe what was done to optimize quality. The Quality Management Plan format is something that you can get creative with, however it needs to at a minimum contain all of the elements as necessary per PMBOK. It should be no longer that 3 pages and needs to be super clear and the appropriate terms should be used form readings that you have done thus far. Grading - Please see rubric for grading
