When reflecting on my effectiveness as a team member, I feel that I am a valuable contributor to our team's collaboration. I participate in all meetings with my group and offer flexibility in an effort to accommodate the preferences of my team members.

I always put my best effort into my contributions to the team and I'm always happy to help complete extra tasks to close the gaps that arise when multiple people are contributing towards one assignment.

I should find time every week to complete the required readings for the course prior to our team meeting as it prepares me to be a more effective contributor. This will lead to an overall improvement in our team's effectiveness
