Do you feel the FBI should do more to create community outreach to the public? If so, I'd like to see some RIGOROUS recommendations as to how this could be accomplished. If not, please provide a RIGOROUS explanation of why not.

In the case of a particularly heinous and gruesome crime, the prosecution may feel that the jury should see all the photos related to the offense to impress upon them the viciousness of the crime. I'd like to see a THOROUGH explanation of how this strategy could backfire for the prosecution.
