Business Issue As the pandemic has made it harder and not ideal for customers to go for in-store visits, we intend to improve and provide a new alternative for customers to have a better shopping experience. Although online shopping is still available through websites, it does not provide the best experience as the service is limited and customers are not able to try the products on. Therefore, our major plan is not only to improve the quality of the website, but also to provide Machine-Learning and Augmented Reality services in order for customers to try out and recommend glasses that are suitable for the customer's preferences without the need to go to the store.

In other words, it is a form of artificial intelligence that automates analytical building. Using machine learning is also effective as computational processing is way more powerful with less expenditure and affordable storage that can analyze complex data even on a large scale. On the other hand, advanced technology such as Augmented Reality is also significant in improving the service as it is also a growing trend among companies nowadays. Incorporating augmented reality into business would allow customers to visualize what the product looks like in a 3D image through apps. It is a pleasure experience where computer-generated input is used to enhance the natural environments. Augmented reality has the ability for the users to enhance their perception of reality and a tool for business as a way to preview and demonstrate their product of what it will look like in a certain environment.
