Do you have any experience where you were empowered that you can share with us? I think the best example I can give in regard to empowerment would be group projects in high school where brainstorming & creativity is required to really capture the goal of the assignment. Delegating roles & bouncing ideas off one another to really get a grasp on what everyone in the group in planning on bring to the assignment & how we as a group can cohesively great the goal of the assignment
