Do you remember that in our earlier sessions we discussed the concept of what a business was and that strategy, as outlined by Michael Porter in his article of " What is Strategy" discussed the concept of operational efficiencies and "fit" i.e. relationships of reinforcing processes (three levels of "fit") all of which allowed a business to develop a sustainable competitive advantage? Later we discussed how we could align processes with organizational goals in Norton
