Reflect on stress and fatigue, you felt as a fir warden in the fire incident.
As a fire warden during the classroom fire my emotions were a whirlwind of responsibility, urgency and concern as the weight of responsibility of keeping the students and staff safe was directly on my shoulders and every decision felt critical and the pressure was immense. I needed to act quickly, directing the evacuation, checking classrooms and communicating with the emergency responders. My adrenaline surge was both energised and exhausting. The physical demands took a toll on my body and my legs felt heavy but there was no time to rest. Also keeping track of details, assessing risks and maintaining clear communication was draining me mentally as the constant vigilance was mentally taxing.
