1. Project Description

We are currently using an inhouse solution using Access. Due to the growth of the business we need a new solution that will replace our current product and give us more ability to grow. We can continue to use Access and update to 2016 along with Office 365 or we can look for another solution. Our options are to build a new inhouse solution or purchase a CRM package from a vendor. If we chose to purchase a CRM we will also need to decide on whether to purchase the software or find a SaaS package.

1. Business Objectives and Success Criteria

This project will affect our business as a whole. The intent it to replace our outdated CRM with a solution that fits us better to facilitate our current needs and give us room to grow. Our new CRM will give us the ability to track and hold information for Customers and Contractors along with additional features that we were lacking before. This will give us the ability to assist our customers with more efficiency and accuracy to increase our customer retention and satisfaction. The project will be successful if full implementation of the CRM is complete by 12/04/2017 within the allotted budget. This includes transition from old CRM to new system for all employees and a 90% of current data transitioned over.

The second document will be a MS project file where you will create the WBS chart which will depict your above diagram. please answer the first priority please i need it if you could answer the ms project with screenshots
