Does language support or distract from visual images? Why?

Languages neither support nor distract form visual images because languages and visual images are not connected.

Language is more supported of visual images because it make clear the intentions of the artist.

Languages can tell us many things but visual images are just pictures that we like or dislike.

Language provides a more precise interpretation and as a result could distract from visual images that are more open to different interpretations.
