DOES MY ANSWER SUPPORT THE CORRECT ANSWER IN THE QUESTION BELOW? IF NOT? THEN WHAT IS?

  1. Do you think misconduct or crime in fulfilling the obligations and contracts is still prevalent despite the establishment of law? Why or why not? Explain

Yes, it is still prevalent. Because based on my understanding the fact that misconduct or crime in fulfilling the obligations and contracts is motivated by an internal purpose or plan. Before fulfilling the agreement that the two parties have agreed upon, they are binded with a contract. A contract when deems non fulfillment of contractual obligations as breach of contract. A breach of contract occurs when one or both of the parties entered into a contract fails to fulfill their legal obligations as agreed in the terms of the contract. When the obligations of a contract are not met, this leads to misconduct of the party involved. The law may not prevent these parties from committing crime or misconduct against each other since some misconduct acts are committed intentionally while others are committed due to ignorance or lack of better understanding of the contract obligations.
