Does the 14th Amendment Protect Intangible Property?

The 14th Amendment states that no person shall be "deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law." Due process is fair treatment through the courts. In Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division v Craft, 436 US 1, the courts decided that the Crafts did not receive due process regarding the payment of erroneous utility bills. In this case, continuing to receive gas was considered protection of property. Does the 14th Amendment and the protection of property also include intangible property? Intangible property does not have any physical attributes like a house. Intangible property would include patents, trademarks and software.
