does this suggest that the use of Theory O in a company that uses both approaches is really just "window dressing" to attempt to soften and mask the dominant approach of Theory E? Or do some companies that bring in Theory O on top of Theory E sincerely want to use Theory O for the sake of developing "corporate culture and human capability through individual and organizational learning?"
