Donna and I have an agreement that she will come to clean my house on Thursday at 2pm, and I will pay her $200. On her way to my house, Donna stops and purchases $32 worth of cleaning supplies. When Donna arrives, I am not at home, she has no way to enter. She tries to call me, gets no answer, and waits for me in the driveway for 30 minutes before leaving.

Please explain whether Donna and I still have a contract. Why or why not?

Are either of us liable for damages to the other? If so, who is liable for what?
