Donor.id is a mobile application that can make it easier for potential donors to look for ongoing blood donation events and also regularly conduct blood donations. Donor.id collaborates with the local organization to provide the latest information related to blood donation events. The following is the business process from Donor.id:

Donors who want to use the Donor.id application must download the application and create an account first by accessing the sign up page and filling in personal data including full name, gender, date of birth, blood type, mobile number, email, and password. Then the donor can press the sign up button. Then the system will display a pop up message containing donors_id. After successfully registered, donors can sign in by entering the email and password that was registered previously, then pressing the sign in button. After successfully signing in, the donor will be directed to the Home page. On the Home page, there is brief information about the Donor.id application and several menus that can be accessed by donors, namely: blood donors, history, and DonorPoint exchange.

To register for a blood donation event, donors can press the Blood Donation menu. After that, the donor will be directed to the Blood Donation page and the system will display a list of ongoing blood donation events. Donors can filter event by location to see ongoing events in various locations. Donors can also view detailed information in the form of the name of the organizer, the location of the event, the date of the event, and the time of the event by selecting one of the ongoing blood donation events. After seeing several events, donors can choose which event to donate blood to. After that, the donor will be directed to the blood donor registration form page which contains the location details and press the blood donation list button. Blood donor status will change to registered. Donors can view their donor status in the History menu.

When the donor day has arrived, the donor will go to the location of the blood donation event, then take a health questionnaire from the administration and take a queue number. While waiting for the queue number to be called, donors can fill out a health questionnaire. After the queue number is called, donors can enter the donor room and give the completed health questionnaire to doctors from the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). There are several stages of health checks that donors need to follow, including measuring body weight, checking blood hemoglobin levels, and checking blood pressure. After conducting the examination, the doctor will then complete the results of the medical examination to determine whether the donor can donate or not. If the donor does not pass the health check, the donor is allowed to return to their respective homes.

After finishing donating, donors can return to the event administration to collect donor cards and vitamins. Then, the event administration department will update the donor's status to be in recovery and the donor will get a notification containing the date of the next donor and the Donor Points received. After that, donors will be encouraged to rest and enjoy the snacks that have been provided. The minimum period recommended for donors to be able to return to blood donations is 3 months. If within 3 months the donor does not donate blood, the donor will receive a notification in the form of a reminder to donate blood.

Donors can provide feedback and ratings for the organizers of the blood donation event. To provide feedback, donors can select the History menu. Then the system will display a list of blood donation events that have been attended by donors. After that, donors can choose one of the events and provide feedback and a rating from number one to five. The number one indicates that the donor is very dissatisfied with the services provided by the organizer of the blood donation event up to the number five which indicates the donor is very satisfied with the services provided by the organizer of the blood donation event. After making sure all data has been filled in, the donor can press the save review button.

Every time you donate blood, the donor will get 10 Donor Points. Donor Points that have been collected can be exchanged for prizes in the Donor.id application. To exchange prizes, donors can choose the Exchange Donor Points menu. After that, the donor will be directed to the Redeem DonorPoint page and the system will display a list of prizes that can be exchanged along with the number of DonorPoint required for each prize. Then, donors can choose any prizes to be exchanged, fill in the prize amount, and delivery address. If you want to add to the list of gifts you want to exchange, donors can press the add gift button. Then the donor will be redirected back to the DonorPoint Exchange page. After finishing selecting the prize to be exchanged, the donor can press the exchange DonorPoint button and the system will display a pop up message containing the estimated date of the prize to the donor's address.

Next, Admin Donor.id will prepare and pack the gifts, then ask the courier to send the packaged gifts to the address of the donors. After receiving the prize, the donor can confirm receipt of the prize by pressing the accept gift button at the bottom of the Redeem DonorPoint page and the status of the gift exchange becomes accepted.

At the end of each month, Admin Donor.id will make a gift exchange report that contains data on the amount of redemption for each prize to find out which gifts are most frequently exchanged by donors. In addition, the Donor.id Admin will also create an event report containing data on the number of events that have been held each month and also the number of donors for each event. These reports will later be provided to the Donor.id manager.
