Research-Questions - Based the research questions on the Research Objectives. There should be one main research question and two sub questions.

Research-Objectives - Standard: 3 Objectives

Problem-and-Research Gap - This section will discuss the primary issues that your research will address and how those issues relate to answering the main Research-Questions.

Significance-of-the-Study - This explains why your research is important and distinctive. This should be accomplished through discussing the current status of financial principles, cases (if applicable), and literature. This section should also demonstrate how your research will contribute to the current body of literature. Justify your research by stating what it does that has not been done before in the literature and why the question that you will address is important.

Research-Design

This section will detail the process through which you propose to construct your answers to the research questions you have developed.

• For an empirical-work, such as questionnaire, interviews, or case studies, explain your approach/methodology and how it will assist you in answering the research questions.
• For a particular-theoretical / conceptual-approach, DRAW/OUTLINE the approach, the main authors in this field of theory, and how this approach will influence the thesis.
• In a doctrinal-work, explain the financial concepts you propose to employ, how you expect to analyze them, as well as what conclusions you intend to derive from them.
• In a comparative-approach, explain the comparator countries you will analyze in a comparative manner, why they were selected, and why they are suitable comparators.
