Staff Roster Rules and Information

The Restaurant Manager and Head Chef positions are full time, they have set hours and these have

been put on the roster already. They are the same every week unless otherwise requested.

Casual staff are required to work a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of ten hours per day.

Casual staff are required to start 30mins before service starts for briefing and finish when service

ends.

The roster is set out in order of priority. The higher on the list, the more hours they are allocated.

This is based on experience and attitude that has been predetermined through interviews and

recommendations from upper management.

On the Restaurant Managers or Head Chefs day off, their second in charge (2IC)will be required to

do their same hours. This is to answer phones, set up and place orders.

Managers and staff working a split shift are required to have an hour break. This can be taken at

any time of the day as long as it's on the roster.
