In December of 2011, wife returned to the marital home along with her 1 month old baby girl. In July of 2020, the parties have decided to seek legal counsel for divorce. They believe that it will be uncontested but would like to begin the legal process. You will need to draft the following documents for them:

The parties purchased their home in 2007 for $165,000, both are on the deed and loan. The outstanding balance is $100,000 with a monthly mortgage of $750.00. Wife is good with the husband taking over it. She would however like her share of the equity which is approximately $30,000.00.
The mortgage is their only joint debt. Both have their own vehicles, paid off and titled in their names only. They each have their own retirement accounts that they would like to keep. Wife is not asking for alimony as she is working and bringing in more than husband's retirement. Parties agree that they will be able to agree to the disposition of the personal property purchased during the marriage.
