1.Amy Padilla is the granddaughter of Carlos Padilla, Jr. The latter is the registered owner of Lot No. 8905, located in San Jose, Antique. The said lot is covered Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-3179. At present, Amy Padilla is in possession of the property. She plants corn, rice and other fruit-bearing trees in the property.

One day, while she was in Iloilo City, six (6) unidentified men from the nearby company known as LAX Construction Corp., built a fence over the property occupied by Amy. When Amy got back from Iloilo City, she realized that she cannot enter the property anymore.
