You will be pretending; therefore, make up the names of client and your business and make up the terms.
You will draft a SIMPLE contract for this client detailing this agreement between your company and the client.

The Contract - SIMPLE CONTRACT
Based upon the business and service you picked in the lottery, you must include in the contract:

Name your client. Make up a client and his or her name. (2 points)
Date(s) when the service you are providing for this client occurs (2 points)
Any elements or terms to ensure the contract is valid (2 points)
When payment is due (2 points)
What if payment is late (2 points)
What if services are not provided on time (2 points)
What happens in case of a dispute between the parties or breach of contract (2 points)
DO NOT indicate that you will sue the client.
DO NOT use the term "breach" in the contract
Signatures lines (2 points)
Final contract should be 2 to 3 pages in length (typed)
Format - professional looking; serious; concise
