Draw a sequence diagram for this scenaario?

Any person at UOP can submit a request. The user must have the app installed before the start of this function. The user fills the form with (request type, location, urgent or not). The user takes a picture of the problem, and uploads the picture. The system checks that all the information is valid and the picture size, then saves the request. The request is now submitted. If the data is not valid or picture size is too large (larger than 3MB), the system displays an error.
