Factors to consider include but not limited to: 1. How do customers order DVDs online; 2. How does the store procure (order) DVDs when out of stock; 3. How is the receipt of inventory handled and managed; 4. How is customer returned merchandise handled (i.e., inventory, customer credit, etc); 5. How will customers shipments be handled; 6. How is customer billing handled; 7. How do vendors get paid. 5. What forms of payment does the store accept (check, credit/debit cards etc.); 8. How do customers know what products are available; 9. Other operations and activities not listed here but within the HW project scope.

The HW should focus on two primary perspectives, 1. The customer activities on the website and 2. Procurement and inventory management activities. For each activity, identify and decisions associated with it.
