In preparation for an accurate tracking of information related to tracking of Votes on Acquisition Bills brought to the floor of Congress. A bill can be sponsored by more than one member Representative and a Representative can sponsor multiple bills. A bill needs at least one sponsor but a Representative does not have to sponsor a bill. A state can have multiple representatives in Congress but a Representative can only represent one state. A state has to have at least one Representative and a Representative has to be associated with at least one state. A bill can be voted on by many Representatives and a Representative can vote on many bills. A bill may not have a Representatives voting on it at a point in time and its possible a Representative may not have voted on any bills. A bill may have addendums attached to it and an addendum may be attached to multiple bills. An addendum to have a bill attached to it but a bill can exist without an addendum attached to it (in theory anyway) Indicate how/where you would store the attribute to track votes on bills.
