Draw architecture diagrams of computer model you had selected for your first assignments. The diagram would show CPU, memory, I$/$O devices, Buses and how they are connected. Mark the size of the memory involved, speed of buses.

In your above two models determine how many bits would be needed to address the RAM on your machine. See how many banks of RAM are there. And determine how many bits to select a RAM module and how many bits to determine memory offset in that module.
