DRAW ERD THAT FOLLOWS ALL REQUIREMENTS GIVEN The Problem A small company is interested in mapping where its clients live and what times its services are required. The clients have differing needs and require different services. This is associated with differential payments. Each service has its own unique characteristics. They are trying to position resources at key points within the area that it operates, thus being more efficient is response to customer complaints. It is expected that customer requirements may change during the day. The company operates a very simple mapping exercise. Each address is allocated an x, y coordinate and this is used to represent where the address is in relation to the headquarters which is (0,0) All addresses are lumped together effectively, so any customer living with one mile will be grids (-1, -1) to (1,1). This is not meant to be an exact distance but an indication of where customers are. Data Modeling Create an Entity Relationship Diagram which shows entities, attributes, primary and foreign keys etc. Data must be in 3NF or higher. While designing ERD, please remember that I should able to solve these queries. Queries a) What percentage of customers live between 2 & 5 miles from the HQ b) Which grid section has the least customers c) Which day of the week has seen the most requests d) Which grid sections have seen the average number of requests
