Prioritize the requirements of the ATM users for user interfice Design the Layout of the ATM room Select the best software packages for satisfying user requirement functions Order Processors and other hardware items of the ATM machine Order interior decoration items and painting accessorics Customize the different software packages Assemble the ATM machine parts Test the ATM machine hardware assembly Test ATM machine software package Complete the interior work Install the ATM machine Complete the painting Install the ATM Machine software The software part of the project is to be assigned to the Software Project Leader under a condition to utilize only 40% of the total project cost and the Physical part of the project is assigned to a Senior Manager with a limitation to use only 60% of the total project cost. It is mentioned in the contract that only 10% of the total cost is to be utilized for interior of ATM room. The Software project leader has 2 engineers under him: one expert in software programming and the other one good in testing.
