• Analyse the Class data for the F2 generation in the table above for both sex distribution and phenotypic distribution.
• Use chi-square analyses to validate your hypotheses.
• Total of 6 analyses.
• For each analysis, you must submit your hypothesis, d.o.f., a Chi-square table with Chi-square value, p-value, and your final answer. 

 

NOTE: If the inheritance pattern of a mutation is autosomal, you can independently analyse sex and phenotype. If the inheritance pattern is sex-linked, sex and phenotype must be analysed together.
