Drug trafficking organizations (DTOs) are operating many drug labs in Peru's Upper Huallaga Valley. The area is characterized by dense vegetation and thick cloud cover. The Drug Enforcement Agency working with Peruvian National Police requesting intelligence on the locations of the labs. Recently, DTOs have been repeatedly shooting down government helicopters with shoulder-fired missiles posing a significant threat to airborne platforms. Which collection platform would be deploy? Why? What signatures would  be looking for?
