In addition, you learned how to utilize analysis tools to help you with some of the problem-solving steps. Be aware, however, there is more involved to making decisions. This is lifetime work we're talking about here, and it takes practice - lots of practice. Over time, it is my hope that you will develop critical thinking skills. Instructions Part One The purpose of this part of the assignment is for you to realize what, in your thinking, affects your decision-making. Reflect on one major event that has occurred in your life. Considering it, how did it affect you as an adult in your work life? Identify your role models. Are these individuals in your current or past life? Relative to critical thinking and making decisions in the workplace, what did you learn from them? What are your strengths and weaknesses relative to critical thinking when making business-related decisions? Identify two of your core values. How do they affect the way you make decisions in the workplace? (think about how values affect decision making!) Part Two In a paragraph of at least five sentences, explain how your decision making has changed since the first week of the course
