Due to demographic change and government policies at European level as well as general economic conditions, the number of older employees (50+) has increased in a large electronics business. Question: What factors should be taken into account in creating training and retraining programs for this group of employees in order to identify the educational needs and thus use their qualifications for the benefit of themselves and the company in which they are employed?
