The repulation of participants were in three separate subsdized health care plans. Medicaid, MinnsotaCare, and Chidrea's Heaith insurance ${}_{\text{r}\text{o}\text{g}\text{r}\text{a}\text{m}(CHIPS)\text{w}\text{i}\text{t}\text{h}\text{a}\text{p}\text{p}\text{r}\text{o}\text{x}\text{i}\text{m}\text{a}\text{t}\text{e}\text{p}\text{a}\text{r}\text{t}\text{i}\text{c}\text{i}\text{p}\text{a}\text{n}\text{t}\text{s}}^{(C)}$ of $1,000,000,80,000,$ and $200$ respectively.
