Write a section of your report to address the quality standards and goals to be achieved by the verification and validation process. The standards should define the level of quality required before the application is released into production and should be stated in measurable terms.
Prepare a test coverage matrix based on the requirements of your application you wrote previously. The test matrix should demonstrate that your tests will provide full coverage of the application.
Write a white box test plan to be used during the implementation phase of the project. The white box test plan should address some parts of the test matrix and should provide guidance to ensure the quality of the code meets the internal quality standards defined for the project. Test cases should accompany the white box test plan.
Write a black box test plan to be used for completed application modules and for functional testing after the application is functionally complete. The black box test plan should address parts of the test matrix and should include test cases.
Execute your test plans and provide results of your tests.

[1.1] Purpose: The purpose of this project is to build software for the citizens who have so many complaints regarding the grassroots with the government. The citizens are not able to do their problems or complaints share with the government on which point citizens are suffering so this software can help to enter their complaints and asking the answer to the government.
[1.2] Intended audience and use: The SRS document can be used by project managers, designers, testers, and developers. The project manager collects the requirements and designs the code. The designer designs the application and tests the application. The developers create the document and database.
[1.3] Scope: The main objective of this software is to help the citizens who need to get their answers from the government but are not able to reach out to them.

[2.1] User needs: The software is used by the citizens who can choose the relevant agency and enter the complaint.
[2.2] Assumptions and dependencies: The details are dependent on the citizen's requirements and it needs more detailed information from them.

Citizens have to select the government agency and the government can reply in some time.
Citizens can enter the details for signing up into the system.
The citizen can interface with the system by logging in to it.
Government agencies can see the complaints from each citizen.
[3.2] External interface requirements: It needs a citizen, government, communication, and software usage.
[3.3] Non-functional requirements: The system will perform better in a limited timeframe and budget. It provides quality answers from the government agency.

[1] Software Architecture:
(i) The SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is the most relevant architecture for addressing citizen complaints which attempt to strengthen the relationship between government and citizens.
(ii) It is a method of developing systems that use services rather than approaches. As a result, it allows the software to change in a different environment. It is based on SOA and entails creating software that provides departmental services and a common interface. The cost of the system will be reduced and come under the budget when utilizing SOA because the administrators do not need to alter the entire software but instead of that the software only needs to add or change some servers which are required by the citizen. The governments have attempted to include SOA into the software of e-government which helps to remove segregation within citizens. Implementing SOA in the software of e-complaint provides flexibility in changing the service in complaint departments.

User interface: It is a web-based application that helps citizens and the government interact with each other by using the software. It comprises a user interface that is accessible over the internet.
Business logic: It is a middle tier of SOA architecture that consists of software main components. In components such as processing of complaints and response to the citizen.
Database: It is the third tier which comprises all the data about each citizen and government agency and also includes profiles of the citizen and agencies.
