During my college days, we had this group project in a class regarding with making a product for the business. To be able to have a successful business launching, our group must be able to follow our team contra Our team contract has Meeting Protocols, Rules and Guidelines and Conflict Resolution. Our group wanted fo achieve a successful meeting every time we meet. But before we had this team contract, and even when the team contract is done, one of our team members would attend the meeting late, even if we already talked about in ou previous meeting that we will meet again at the same hour and day. Then, during the meeting, she did not say sorry and did not evep talk during the meeting. Our group was all quiet. So$,$ our group continued doing our work or meeting regard. with the project, that group member was so busy doing something like typing and reading assuming that she was already checking the documents that we sent until one of our group members step up and talked about the agendas. But we lost about $40$ minutes just waiting for her and when she showed up$,$ she did not. even talk. What I did in the end was, I spoke to the team and told them about our contract that the next time we meet if people keep on coming late and won't participate regarding with the agendas, that team member will be marked, and if it happens again, our team will talk to that member what he or she is the problem. But if there is no still improvement then we will let the Professor know. After that meeting, we had a successful group project.Everything went well and ie even became friends outside of the school. Conflict for me has a good benefit ifit is handied well. It helps improve better understanding and communications with each other.Feedback on this as a view of peers
