During the first 2 weeks of class you are to identify a human resource professional or leader to interview regarding your project. The project topic may be determined through discussion with the HR professional or leader unless you already have a topic in mind. In Week 2, you will be required to submit the name and contact information for the leader you have selected as a resource for your project, as well as the expected topic you plan to address. The submission of this information is not for a grade but I will use the information to review your plan and make sure there are no issues or concerns for your project as well as a potential source for course content development. Depending on the topic selected and best fit for the information, you will either be creating a report or an analysis of data.
