During the inclusivity and anti-discrimination presentation, recognise when assistance is needed for effective communication and seek to address the situation as soon as possible.

Note: this will involve using verbal and non-communication skills to clarify audience understanding.

If there are no issues with communication, ask members of the audience to discuss with you a time when they struggled to communicate effectively, because of a social or cultural difference. Afterwards, explain what that audience member could have done to ease the communication process.
