During the Week 7 Action Research Discussion, you reflect on your performance and experience as an OD consultant in a simulation scenario. In this simulation, you interact with human-controlled avatars and you are expected to practice the necessary OD skills you have learned in this course in order to make a plan to bring about positive changes within a struggling department. While you must schedule your simulation by Day 7 of Week 2, you are strongly encouraged to schedule your session as soon as possible and preferably during Week 1. The Simulation Sessions are available during Week 5 and Week 6.
